What are your opening hours?

We're open every single day from 6:00am to 11:00pm — including public holidays, Christmas Day, and everything in between. 365 days a year, no exceptions.

How do I pay?

We use a cashless self-service kiosk on-site. Pay by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No coins or cash required — ever.

What are the machine sizes and prices?

We offer 13kg washes for $12 and 20kg washes for $15. Drying is $1 per 4 minutes (medium) or $1 per 3 minutes (large). Detergent is $3 and fabric softener is $1, or bring your own.

Can I wash a doona or king-size bedding?

Yes! Our 20kg machines are perfect for king-size doonas, blankets, pillows, and large bedding sets. It's one of our most popular use cases.

Do you provide detergent?

Yes — detergent ($3) and fabric softener ($1) are available at the kiosk on-site. You're also welcome to bring your own if you have specific preferences or skin sensitivities.
